Vega Baja figures take prominent places on Alicante PP election lists

Eva Ortiz will head the party’s Senate list in Alicante, while María Gómez, mayor of Almoradí, is third on the Congress list. Marisol Gallud Sampere, the PP president and councillor in Guardamar del Segura, will be seventh on the Congress candidature.

The announcement was shared through the Guardamar PP’s social media accounts, which highlighted Gallud’s work in the local organisation. Gómez has nearly twenty years of political experience and, according to her party, will continue leading Almoradí Town Hall.

The appointments give the Vega Baja a visible presence in the province’s election lists and place issues such as water, agriculture, infrastructure and public investment within the comarca’s political debate.
