The Department of Tourism will take part in the fair at the IFA exhibition centre to promote Torrevieja’s celebrations and their role in the city’s tourism offer. A group representing the Carnival comparsas will attend on Saturday 7 November.
The council has arranged a 55-seat bus for the trip from Torrevieja to IFA, leaving at 15:00 and returning at 22:00. The presentation will highlight the work of local groups and the costumes and parades that form part of the Carnival tradition.
