The regulation establishes six payments every two months and sets the value of each point at €10, subject to budget availability. It applies to several groups of municipal employees and workers who have at least six months of service, with some exceptions for staff hired through subsidies.
A voluntary special-availability scheme for the Local Police will include up to 32 officers. Those who join must complete five full shifts a year, equivalent to 40 hours, and will receive €1,380 gross per year.
The rules also establish €300 gross for each full special-reinforcement shift and €175 for the night shifts on 24 and 31 December. Final approval was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante on 14 October.
